Every year, St. George’s School supports the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, which raises money to help war veterans and their families. The ‘Poppy’ is the symbol of remembrance of all veterans of wars since World War One.
All parents and families are invited to attend the Service on Sunday, 10th of November, at 10.45 a.m. at St George’s Church, where a student of ours will represent St. George’s School as a reader.
St. George’s and St. James’s students will sell Poppies at the end of the day starting the 4th of November, until Friday, the 8th of November.
